Try getting a refund. I placed an order for an electronic drum kit. OK it arrived minus a UK plug conversion. Had to get it from a competitor on over night delivery. Two separate orders for an Amp and lead and a set of pedals were the issue. The Peddles arrived but had to be sent back still waiting now 21 days for the refund. The second order for the Amp never arrived and was turned around as a cancelled order due to taking too long to arrive. No refund yet. Have had to speak to my credit card company re a charge back. Not good Thomman I have dealt with you for a long time and you let me down bad this time on late deliveries and then not making a speedy refund. Next order stays in the UK. Customer 4460956
