Spent 9ver £2000 with these a few years ago, nothing worked, they agreed to take the goods back t9 repair (brand new goods) when they returned they didn't work. I had t9.repair them myself soldering new resistors to the motherboards of industry standard technics 1200 mrk2's. Speaker 28" had to go.in the bin in the end as couldn't be repaired. I'm not shocked to see how poor there ratings are, again v9l7me 9ver quality much like Bax

Terrible shipping service no tracking no help from customer service no idea where or when shipment will arrive. Paid extortionate amount to ship and its like its in a postal service.Now they are closed for holidays no response. Dont think will use this service ever again.
Ordered a Harley Benton Telecaster TE-20HH SBK on Sunday, arrived on Friday. It's a beauty, great feel and great sound. Had a few guys play it who've been playing professionally for years and they are really impressed. When I tell them the price, (£98), they're even more impressed.
Well where do I start first thing is it says that every guitar checked before it's despatched well mine certainly was not arrived with the strings so tight they were almost at breaking point and I could put my index finger between the fret board and the strings without touching the strings but I decided to do the setup and got it playable but honestly that's about it. It is a cheap guitar and feels exactly like what it is.. but the customer service well they still haven't got back to me so really not happy with the whole experience still we live and learn so I'll never use thomman again which is a shame because having used them a year ago and the experience was entirely different so not sure what has happened in that time but it's not good..hero to zero in under a year great job so one star only because that's the least I can give..
Try getting a refund. I placed an order for an electronic drum kit. OK it arrived minus a UK plug conversion. Had to get it from a competitor on over night delivery. Two separate orders for an Amp and lead and a set of pedals were the issue. The Peddles arrived but had to be sent back still waiting now 21 days for the refund. The second order for the Amp never arrived and was turned around as a cancelled order due to taking too long to arrive. No refund yet. Have had to speak to my credit card company re a charge back. Not good Thomman I have dealt with you for a long time and you let me down bad this time on late deliveries and then not making a speedy refund. Next order stays in the UK. Customer 4460956
No problems at all. Placed order. Received goods.Highly recommended.Ps postage details and total cost are clearly stated before place you order as per the law in all eu countries.Seems a lot of reviews about thomman are scams reviews to me. Who in their right mind sees the cost of an order and the cost of postage. Pays it, then cries because it’s too much. If you don’t like the costs….. shop elsewhere. Awful experience. Extortionate delivery charge and ridiculously slow refund. I had to pay £10 shipping for 1 cable, anywhere else it’s usually £5. The cable didn’t work properly so I returned it, and the tracking info showed that it was delivered back to them 2 days after I posted it on 05/11/24 which I provided a screenshot of as proof, and they still denied that they had received it saying that it was missing. Absolutely pathetic customer service. It took 14 days, numerous complaint emails and the threat of opening a dispute with my bank before they agreed to refund me, and they still said it would take 5-7 days to reach my account. Funny how whenever you buy something online the money leaves your account instantaneously, but when you’re trying to get it back they all take the piss and make you wait for weeks. I will never buy anything from your company again.
