Well where do I start first thing is it says that every guitar checked before it's despatched well mine certainly was not arrived with the strings so tight they were almost at breaking point and I could put my index finger between the fret board and the strings without touching the strings but I decided to do the setup and got it playable but honestly that's about it. It is a cheap guitar and feels exactly like what it is.. but the customer service well they still haven't got back to me so really not happy with the whole experience still we live and learn so I'll never use thomman again which is a shame because having used them a year ago and the experience was entirely different so not sure what has happened in that time but it's not good..hero to zero in under a year great job so one star only because that's the least I can give..
