Awful experience. Extortionate delivery charge and ridiculously slow refund. I had to pay £10 shipping for 1 cable, anywhere else it’s usually £5. The cable didn’t work properly so I returned it, and the tracking info showed that it was delivered back to them 2 days after I posted it on 05/11/24 which I provided a screenshot of as proof, and they still denied that they had received it saying that it was missing. Absolutely pathetic customer service. It took 14 days, numerous complaint emails and the threat of opening a dispute with my bank before they agreed to refund me, and they still said it would take 5-7 days to reach my account. Funny how whenever you buy something online the money leaves your account instantaneously, but when you’re trying to get it back they all take the piss and make you wait for weeks. I will never buy anything from your company again.
