I placed an order (order number 12709021, transaction number PML-12709021-CTP-828B3777A3) on the online shop of thomann for a product that was available on the stock and was tagged as being b-stock, thus with a reduced price. Now, someone from customer service got in touch with me saying the b-stock product is not available and they are kind of forcing me to pay 58€ more to get a so called A-stock product as a replacement item in order to send me the guitar which costed me 333€. Although, I bought successfully the product for a reduced price. I want a solution for this, and as a customer who has rights I want to keep the product I bought. If it was not available, it’s unacceptable for it to be sold on the shop, that is a HUGE SCAM. I was expecting more from a big company like this.
