I ordered a Boschma ABS case. When it arrived, the item was defective (poorly made). I returned the item (free of charge), but Thomman refused to refund me for the original postage associated with sending the defective item to me. In effect, they sent me rubbish and I paid postage for their mistake. I have asked them to recompense me several times (as the return was simply because the goods were faulty), but they monotinously refer me to their Terms of business. Nice !!!!!!!They are also terminally slow at Customer service response, unless it is associated with standardised referal to their one sided trading policy.DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT GRIEF WHEN THINGS GO WRONG
