Suddenly it's on the customer. Not Thomman with the useless delivery company on their books.

UPDATE: Thomann expediated the refund.
They should really get a better delivery partner. DHL are terrible. As I say. Their products are really good. Is just really difficult to actually get them delivered to your house rather than some random far away shop acting as a delivery drop off hub for DHL.
