order placed end of march for2 sets of plug plants along with a packet of feed. 120 kj1135 plugs 42kh8598.received feed separately in reasonable time.then 42kh8598 again on their own,of which12 were either missing or damaged beyond use.Having contacted customer care and complained i received a pleasant response and apology from the team with a promise to replace 12 plugs.These have now been received but regretably the condition of 3 of these were again damaged and unusable.Despite phoning and e.mails requesting a delivery of the balance we are still waiting.This is my first dealing with this company and whilst understanding seasonal pressures may be causing a problem my concern is the size and quality of the plugs supplied and in particular the method of packaging and despatch being used.It appears when under pressure, like many companies quality and communication suffers.
