Review Time
Really disappointing. Three 9cm pots for £24.99. Brand new grafts barely established, only 5-6” tall. It should be stated very clearly that they are new grafts with an image of exactly what is sent. This is basically fraudulent as you only show pictures of an established plant- not a grafted twig. I honestly don’t know how you think you can get away with charging that. Absolutely taking the mickey.
Great deal from a respected company. Delivery was well packed and timely. Only time will tell if the bulbs are good quality, but I haven't been disappointed in the past.
A great site to browse. It takes me ages to make up my mind and I frequently have to listen to the voice in my head saying "you've only got a tiny garden". Everything is top quality and delivered at just the right time.
For many years I have always bought my begonias from this company, so far I'm very pleased with my purchase, they arrive on time, securely packaged and look good, strong and healthy. All the neighbours commend on how well the hanging baskets/ containers look.
I am in California. Your website didn't say that you don't ship to California. You canceled my order. The credit you issued did not cover what I paid. I know that it was caused by a change in the exchange rate. But, I am HIGHLY dissatisfied because I did not get the seeds I ordered AND I lost money.
Asking to review to early as I haven’t even planted the 200 bulbs etc yet ! But all look good & not damaged is really all I can say, once planted & grown I’ll do a full review.
I always buy from Thompson and Morgan because I am always highly satisfied with with plants and the service. This time I ordered some bare root plants and they arrived on time and now three weeks later I've just spotted a tiny bud. Yippee can't wait till the ground warms up to start planting
An issue with the original delivery, which went to my old address (my fault) but was left ‘behind the bins’ when there are no bins… However, swiftly rectified and new box arrived perfectly and all the plants are in! Tks.
I pre-ordered plants for spring delivery from a local seller who came highly recommended. I gave it 4 stars as I wasn't expecting to receive them yet (they're due in March). The ordering process was straightforward, and I'm looking forward to receiving my plants in the spring. I'll provide another review in the summer! 🌼
