As always I have ordered some plug plants from Thompson & Morgan. The offers are just too good to ignore!
There has been such an improvement in the plants that arrive! A few years back sometimes they would come dried out and so fall out of their slots and hit each other. You would pot them up but inevitably they would wither and die. Then T&M would be very supportive and replace- sometimes with a voucher to say sorry.
This year all the plugs arrived in good shape and apart from losing a few (which I blame on the poor , cold spring) they have all grown well. Weirdly only 1 group has let me down - and just one of the colours too but T&M are replacing, of course.
I buy from them as they will always replace any problems without any arguing so I know that the customer services are there to support.
