The service made me handle all the tasks for 18 months before abruptly dropping my case. Now, I'm left with an ongoing court matter that I have to manage alone. The representative was very unprofessional, slow, and showed me no respect. She didn't even take the time to call and explain her decision, opting instead to hide behind an email.
Thompsons dragged me around getting me to do all the work for 18 months then dropped the case out of the blue. Not only that they have left me with an ongoing court proceeding that, again, I will have to deal with. Charlotte was extremely unprofessional, slow and spoke to me with zero respect. Couldn't even call to explain her decision, hid behind an email.
Do not use this place!I had an employment case.I had contacted this firm on two separate occasions, once when first spoken to acas, second time when the ET1 had been put out. First time I had a missed call but called back and was told I'd hear back from them. Never did.Second time I had a better response. I had spoken to a person, I believe her name was Emilia. We spoke about my case, she was not a solicitor as far as I am aware. I received an email that said my case was being reviewed and I'll hear back from them within roughly 5 business days. I had kept them updated and sent all documents necessary. Did not hear from them. I then emailed them, had no response. I tried calling too but nobody picked up the phone. I tried the reserve space and call back option but have had nothing back. I last contacted them 8th September but had nothing back.
I live in NZ and need to engage a Scottish lawyer after a traffic accident in Glasgow. Having called the law society and various other law firms, Natalie at Thompson Solicitors was the only person that tried to help me. 11out of 10 for customer service and actually caring. Thank you Natalie
Approached Thompsons solicitors several times, either on X, or via the contact page on their website with regards to the Amazon drivers DSP claim. Not once did they respond. Even contacted a Paul Kissen directly and he also never responded. Absolutely pathetic service. Obviously can't be bothered their lazy backsides to do anything. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
A simple case of claiming compensation for a cancelled flight for the three of us. It took Thompsons six weeks to get any response back to us ... and only after reminders - only to tell us that we should claim directly!Total waste of time.
I have had my claim in since Dec 2023 & since Freyja McVey took over about a month ago I’ve got an amount & should hopefully be paid out within the next 6 weeks, Freyja has kept me informed since taking over my claim and I am so grateful as I felt as before she took over it was dragging on,
