Put in a claim in May 2023, I’m still waiting for them to give me any sort of feedback. I’ve called, left messages and emailed through and I still haven’t heard anything back from anyone. I have absolutely no idea what’s going on anymore. Don’t get me wrong they’re nice, but a bit of communication wouldn’t go amiss.
