Contacted Thompsons end of October to assist us with an employment tribunal regarding disability discrimination for an Armed Forces Veteran. Heard nothing for a week to chased around 4/5th November heard nothing until a solicitor called Paul phoned us, hadn't even bothered to read the case, asked my partner to discuss the situation again despite it causing significant distress to him. The solicitor had an attitude problem and couldn't be bothered to help. I phoned again to request another solicitor. Chased again as no response, receptionist just kept apologising and said someone would phone, again nothing so chased a 3rd time. Finally a partner called and said we'd hear back by the end of the week if they will take it. I'd just like to add our case is clear cut with mountains of evidence. Come Friday 16:00 still no update so I chased again to be told yes we have a claim but we wont help. But didn't explain why just used jargon that we didn't understand and just said no. Why would you not take our claim on despite you telling us we had a claim?
