I ordered perfume from Thomson Carter on February 11,2026. The package arrived 2/27, however; the incorrect order arrived. I ordered a 100ml bottle but received an 10ml bottle. I emailed Thomson Carter immediately upon opening the package to notify them of the error. Unaware of the time difference, I assumed I wouldn't receive a response until Monday. Fortunately,Anas responded in a timely manner to be exact rather quickly. I informed Anas of the order mix up as well as sent pictures of what was received. Without any hesitation, Anas informed of new order was placed and to expect the shipment soon.
No hassle and brilliant customer care . Anas asked if I order again to email prior to placing order to receive a discount voucher.
