Terrible customer support. Unresponsive and impolite and unhelpful when they do respond. Shipping delays on almost every order that I have placed.
Placed an order on 2/13, and 2 weeks later no update. Reached out to company 6x times to cancel order and initiate refund. Called and left multiple voicemail messages and was unable to get through to customer support. Received one response that didn't address anything that I asked them to do, and was told that the item would ship the following week. Again, emails and calls asking them to cancel shipment and initiate refund. Just received shipping confirmation that the order shipped. Should be ashamed of themselves.
