Literally the worst service they have for tracking and shipping. The website is also really bad in terms of placing orders. The product might be good, but the overall experience of ordering is horrible. Longer call wait times, not being able to find tracking after an order has been placed, longer shipping times, and just too much hassle.

Placed an order on 2/13, and 2 weeks later no update. Reached out to company 6x times to cancel order and initiate refund. Called and left multiple voicemail messages and was unable to get through to customer support. Received one response that didn't address anything that I asked them to do, and was told that the item would ship the following week. Again, emails and calls asking them to cancel shipment and initiate refund. Just received shipping confirmation that the order shipped. Should be ashamed of themselves.

impossible customer support, their online chat doesnt work, calling them and line drops while waiting 30 mins+ and they take more than 2 days to reply on emails. i had placed an order and it took them 3 days to process it alone which of course made it impossible for order to meet the delivery timeframe thus i had to cancel it. which took me another 3 days to manage. back to the stoneage customer support and order processing
I ordered a Multi Vitamin supplement...Basic Nutients...on a Friday after hours. Confirmation received with tracking info.Product arrived 5days later by mail. Product was for a customer in Michigan....I am in Florida..THE WRONG PRODUCT. I called customer service...recording indicated 5 minute wait..45 minutes later I hung up. Tried again after 20 minutes talked to a CS rep...corrected the problem by overnighting correct product. I hàve to think about ordering again.
I am extremely disappointed with Thorne. My order took an unreasonably long time to arrive with little to no communication about the delay. When you’re ordering supplements you rely on for your health, this kind of delay is completely unacceptable.What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I reached out to complain and never received a response. No follow-up. No explanation. No apology. It feels like once they have your money, they simply don’t care.For a company that positions itself as “premium,” the service is anything but. Slow shipping and nonexistent customer support is not what customers should expect at these prices. I will absolutely not be ordering from them again and would caution others to think twice before purchasing.
The supplements are good, however, very frustrated with the site and how difficult it makes it for you to cancel your subscriptions. There is a subscription tab once you login and dig looking for a place to manage your subscription, but all it does is make you login again and keep you in a never-ending loop where it does not offer any way to manager descriptions.
