Signed up to a multi subscription offer with a spend of nearly $300 a month. Delivered month 1 fine, second month one of the supplements is missing and when i asked them to ship it they charged me a whole extra month for all of the products not just the missing one! Apparently I can’t request they remedy their error and ship the missing product?! All calls and chats and emails now not even being responded to and it’s been a week of no responses, which is appalling customer service. AVOID BUYING THORNE PRODUCTS FROM THORNE! Great products, trash customer service and responsiveness. 👎🏻
