I was just wondering where my bar stool order was when I received an email from Echo at Thorvald & Design. Echo explained it was taking longer for my order to be shipped and that the company added a 5 year warranty to the product to help make up the longer delivery time. Thankfully, I'm not in a hurry because I have 6 of the same bar stools already and love the quality.
