HOW DOES A COMPANY WHO gets a bad review a day still have 4 stars, because they flood bad reviews with fake good reviews, they also ask you on the first interaction you have with them for a review just for 1 re sponse to an email. No product, you haven't even ordered and they're asking for a good review- suspicious (if you inquire why does website say swatches will come in 4-7 days but after I paid $20 for the 'FREE" SWATCHES the email says it takes 6 weeks to get swatches- thats as long as a couch)- i just don't want people wasting their time and money with this loosing co.
Take a look at the negative reviews - this company receives poor ratings almost daily. They seem to counteract this by adding several positive reviews to maintain a score around 4.1. Interestingly, most of the negative feedback appears to be concentrated in the last three months, with over 50 unfavorable reviews in that short time.
The website claims that fabric swatches are free and will arrive within 4–7 days. However, after I selected my swatches and completed the checkout, I was unexpectedly charged a $20 “donation” to receive these so-called “free” swatches. I paid the fee to move forward.
After seven days with no delivery, I started emailing customer service. Despite multiple follow-ups over several days, I received no reply. It wasn't until I mentioned disputing the charge with my credit card company that I finally got a response from the company.
At that point, they refunded my payment and canceled my swatch order, claiming that swatches could take up to six weeks to arrive—this contradicts the delivery timeframe advertised on their site and undermines the purpose of ordering swatches before buying furniture.
I sent around 20 emails and barely received any communication. Given the lack of transparency, misleading information, and extremely poor customer service, I decided not to continue with my order. I ultimately opted to purchase a couch from another seller to avoid further complications.
I recently ordered six dining chairs and so far, the customer service has been prompt in responding to my inquiries. They've shown great professionalism. I'm hopeful that my delivery goes smoothly and that the chairs arrive in six weeks looking just like the pictures. Thank you, and Happy New Year!
