I bought a top based on the measurements provided by the company. I also paid extra for a service that promised no return shipping fees if needed. I placed my order on 11/23/25; it shipped on 12/1/25 and arrived on 12/5/25. Unfortunately, the top did not match the measurements, which seemed to be an issue on their part. Since it didn’t fit as described, I expected a full refund, but they only offered merchandise credit. I returned it on 12/6/25 after sending photos and waiting for approval from the company. On 12/12/25, I received store credit, but they deducted the original shipping and insurance fees. I wasn't interested in other merchandise, but their customer service was lacking. I had to use the credit for a more expensive item and pay for shipping again, skipping the insurance this time because I won’t buy from them again. On 1/9/26, I placed another order, which shipped on 1/16/26 with an estimated delivery of 1/21/26. This means their average shipping time is twelve to thirteen days. If this new top doesn't fit, it will go to charity, as I have no way to get my money back despite the company's misrepresentation of the original item. I strongly advise against trusting this company with your hard-earned money!
