Frustrating experience with sizing and return policy.

I bought a top based on the measurements provided by the company. I also paid extra for a service that promised no return shipping fees if needed. I placed my order on 11/23/25; it shipped on 12/1/25 and arrived on 12/5/25. Unfortunately, the top did not match the measurements, which seemed to be an issue on their part. Since it didn’t fit as described, I expected a full refund, but they only offered merchandise credit. I returned it on 12/6/25 after sending photos and waiting for approval from the company. On 12/12/25, I received store credit, but they deducted the original shipping and insurance fees. I wasn't interested in other merchandise, but their customer service was lacking. I had to use the credit for a more expensive item and pay for shipping again, skipping the insurance this time because I won’t buy from them again. On 1/9/26, I placed another order, which shipped on 1/16/26 with an estimated delivery of 1/21/26. This means their average shipping time is twelve to thirteen days. If this new top doesn't fit, it will go to charity, as I have no way to get my money back despite the company's misrepresentation of the original item. I strongly advise against trusting this company with your hard-earned money!

Subpar quality and awful customer service.

The shoulders and sleeves of the shirt have seams on the outside, indicating poor construction that will likely fray. The material is flimsy and the quality is lacking. I would return it, but I'd have to pay for shipping and would only receive store credit, making it not worth it. I attempted to leave a review on their website, but it seems they only allow positive ones.

Struggling to reach them regarding my order.

I've been trying to contact them via email to inform them that they sent the wrong items. I loved what I saw advertised, but I received something entirely different. Does anyone have a contact number for them? I keep getting bounced back to their email address, which isn’t functional.

Promises not kept - highly discouraged!

I had a disappointing experience with this company, which over-promised and under-delivered. I ordered two holiday sweatshirts on December 11. When they didn't arrive within the promised timeframe, I contacted the company for an update. I explained that I would be traveling for the holidays from December 22 to January 1 and needed the tops for the season. They mentioned delays in packaging. My order wasn't shipped until December 16 and didn’t arrive until December 23, after I had left town! For a company that claims to prioritize fast shipping, this was unacceptable. I requested a refund for my shipping fees and a discount on the tops, which will now sit unused until next year. All I received was their return policy. This company operates out of the Dallas area, and I live nearby, so this was especially frustrating. I will never shop with them again.

I wish I could give a zero. My order from December 10, 2024, still hasn't arrived. I paid $37 for a light pink sweatshirt with a graphic added. This feels like a scam!

Caution advised!

I can't get anywhere with this company. I ordered one item, but they mistakenly sent me two. I refused the second item and took it to the shipping store for return. The company gave me a temporary credit, but then reversed it on my statement. This company is a scam; dealing with them is futile!

Fraudulent practices - still awaiting refund.

I purchased two items - the same shirt in different sizes. They were of poor quality, and one shirt arrived stained. I placed my order on 4/3/24 and received it on 4/9/24. I returned both items, which were delivered back on 4/15/24. I have yet to see a refund for these shirts! I ordered through a marketplace, and according to their policy, the company must initiate the refund. However, they keep passing me off, claiming the marketplace will handle it. I have contacted both parties multiple times. I believe this is fraudulent behavior, and they are deliberately avoiding refunding me. Avoid this company at all costs; it has been a nightmare experience with low-quality products.

Poor quality cosmetic bag.

The small cosmetic bag was made very cheaply and differs significantly from the description. The hanging hook is quite small. I do not recommend purchasing it.

Disappointing blouse quality.

The quality of the blouse is disappointing; it looks like something from a low-quality mass production store. It is supposed to be an 'oversized' fit but runs small. The return policy is at the customer's expense and only offers store credit.
