I typically refrain from criticizing companies, as I understand that issues can arise. However, my recent experience was quite frustrating. I placed an order for a fully printed skateboard on November 25, intending it as a Christmas gift. It arrived on December 15, which seemed fine at first, but it turned out to be just the board without the necessary hardware. After reaching out for clarification, the company contacted the third-party service involved and assured me that the hardware would be sent promptly. It finally arrived on Christmas Eve, but it included the wrong wheels and trucks. I followed up again but didn't receive a response until December 30. During the holiday season, I was informed that I would be updated regarding the correct hardware's shipment, but I got no further communication. I reached out again on January 5, only to hear back on the 6th. As of today, the 12th, I still haven't received what I paid for. Regardless of how you look at it, this is a bad situation. The customer support seems to follow a script with generic apologies, and it feels like they are just going through the motions.
