I typically refrain from criticizing companies as issues can occur, but my recent experience was quite frustrating. I ordered a fully printed skateboard on November 25 as a Christmas gift, and it was delivered on December 15. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately, it only included the board, missing the necessary hardware. After reaching out to the service, they contacted the third-party provider, assuring me that the hardware would be sent promptly. It arrived on Christmas Eve, but it was the incorrect wheels and trucks. I reached out again but received no response until December 30. With the holidays, I understood the delay, but customer support promised to inform me when the correct hardware would ship. I heard nothing, so I followed up on January 5 and only got a response on the 6th. Today is the 12th, and I still haven't received what I paid for. Regardless of perspective, this situation is unsatisfactory, and the customer support seems to just go through the motions with generic apologies.

The customer service has been completely unhelpful, only providing pre-written responses instead of genuine assistance. I plan to escalate this issue due to the terrible service I’ve encountered. My package appears to be lost, and it seems the seller never even shipped it. I was promised a 2-3 week shipping timeframe, yet all they said was to wait an additional three weeks if it doesn’t arrive on time. This is unacceptable, and I won’t hesitate to take action with my bank as I have clear documentation of what was promised. This situation is incredibly disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand and will advise others to avoid this service. I’ve also heard that the quality is poor.
I wish I could rate this service lower. It’s hard to believe that shipping a t-shirt could take six weeks, and on top of that, they charge a hefty shipping fee. This feels like a scam, and I wouldn’t recommend trusting this company. It’s best to steer clear.
The designs are fantastic, but the print quality has significantly declined over time. I can no longer recommend the t-shirts, as the material feels inferior and the prints don’t hold up as they used to. I have older shirts where the designs remain vibrant, while newer ones show signs of fading and peeling after just a few washes. However, customer service is responsive and friendly; I did receive a replacement for one shirt with a peeling print on a special basis.
After placing a large order, only half of my items were delivered. Contacting support takes several days, and they often cannot provide timely assistance. For instance, I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped, but by the time they got back to me two days later, it was already en route. The same goes for the missing items; I still haven’t received a response after two days, although they managed to charge me. **update** I’m still waiting for a refund, and overall, this experience has been a frustrating waste of time.

After some back and forth, they promised to resend the shirts, but they still arrived with decals. It’s disheartening because I’ve loved this company for years, and I've been buying shirts for my grandsons since they were little. The designs are charming, but the recent quality is unacceptable. I even bought a shirt for my younger grandson that I had previously purchased for my older grandson, which was printed beautifully before. Now, the new version is just a large decal, and I can't reach anyone for support. I’m genuinely saddened by this situation.
While the company claims to support artists, its policies actually undermine creators' autonomy, transparency, and trust. If you value your art, look elsewhere, as this platform prioritizes profits over genuinely supporting independent talent. Artists have no control over pricing or royalties, and the platform dictates product prices, pocketing the difference. Customization options are limited, and the advertised discounts often mislead customers, damaging the artist's reputation. The process for custom orders is cumbersome, creating unnecessary hurdles for both creators and customers.
