I was promised a 2-3 week shipping timeframe, yet all they said was to wait an additional three weeks if it doesn’t arrive on time. This is unacceptable, and I won’t hesitate to take action with my bank as I have clear documentation of what was promised. This situation is incredibly disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand and will advise others to avoid this service. I’ve also heard that the quality is poor.
