I’ve been a long-time customer and appreciated this company, but my recent order was disappointing. Four of the shirts had large decals that look poor. It's frustrating that there’s no phone support available, and my email exchanges have felt unproductive. Initially, they suggested I choose different shirts, but I was concerned about whether those would also have decals. They insisted that all designs were printed, which simply isn’t true. After some back and forth, they promised to resend the shirts, but they still arrived with decals. It’s disheartening because I’ve loved this company for years, and I've been buying shirts for my grandsons since they were little. The designs are charming, but the recent quality is unacceptable. I even bought a shirt for my younger grandson that I had previously purchased for my older grandson, which was printed beautifully before. Now, the new version is just a large decal, and I can't reach anyone for support. I’m genuinely saddened by this situation.
