I have been a Threadless customer for more than ten years. I've always appreciated the print quality and comfort of the shirts. My last order, placed within the last week, is the first time I've had an issue: three of the shirts were printed on a very coarse brand of shirt.I emailed support and explained the problem. They explained that a printing partner ran out of the correct color in the normal brand used for their shirts and made a substitution. They have also already shipped out replacements for those three shirts that are printed on a different brand without requiring me to send the original three back first.Mistakes happen, but they handled it excellently and efficiently.
