Exercise caution when reaching out to the representative; their email replies can be aggressive and condescending. In some instances, threads were incorrectly returned to them before they had a chance to respond to my initial email. Instead of returning them with the provided stamp, the representative became unpleasant and falsely claimed that I had returned damaged items without a stamp. They suggested I should be grateful for their efforts and stated I could no longer purchase from them. All I wanted was for the threads to be sent back with the stamp I provided. This is not the level of service expected from a business. I have yet to receive anything.
