Exercise caution if you need to reach out to the support team, as their email replies can be aggressive and condescending. There were instances where my messages were mistakenly sent back to them before they had a chance to respond. Instead of returning them with the provided stamp, the representative became unpleasant and falsely claimed that I had returned damaged items without a stamp. They suggested I should be grateful for their efforts and stated that I could no longer make purchases from them. All I wanted was for the items to be sent back with the stamp I provided. This is not the level of service one expects from a business. As of now, I have not received anything.
