I am very unhappy with Thredup. I ordered about 4-5 shirts from them that I literally cannot wear that were marked "in good condition". One had a hole in it and the others were worn so much they are almost see thru. They did give me half credit for one.
I sent in a bag to sell items full of premium clothes from Prana, Athleta, Born leather boots, bathing suits with tags on them... really good stuff in very good condition. They rejected ALL but one of them and then donated them. I checked to see if I could have them returned and it states on the website that you can have items returned if you request. Well, I wasn't even given the option! I'm SUPER disappointed in Thredup. I tried to get ahold of a live agent and that seems to be impossible.
I will be honest and say I have found a couple of items for purchase that were almost brand new and was happy with those. But not accepting items in very good condition and then sending me items that have holes in them? I guess I'm missing something. I should have went with the local consignment store!
