We have been with Three for many years, and unfortunately we feel that the service has been getting worse year after year.
We recently received an email advising us of a price increase from April and asking us to call to discuss this or to cancel the account if we wished. However, when calling, we were unable to have a proper discussion. The representative who answered the phone was difficult to understand and was not able to clearly explain the details of the increase. We were simply told that there would be an increase, but no one could confirm how much.
When we asked to speak to a manager, we were placed on hold and no one returned to the call.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As long-term customers, we expect clear communication and a reasonable level of customer service, especially when it comes to changes in pricing.
We would appreciate a clear explanation of the upcoming price increase and the options available to us, including cancellation if necessary.
