I receive spam calls for your network frequently. Today I received another call and clearly stated that I was not interested and asked to be removed from your calling list. In response, I was told to “f__k off”.

If this is the standard of behaviour being displayed by people representing your brand, it is completely unacceptable. It has ensured that I will never consider signing up to your network.

Please contact me to ensure that my details have been removed from your call list.

We have been with Three for many years, and unfortunately we feel that the service has been getting worse year after year.

We recently received an email advising us of a price increase from April and asking us to call to discuss this or to cancel the account if we wished. However, when calling, we were unable to have a proper discussion. The representative who answered the phone was difficult to understand and was not able to clearly explain the details of the increase. We were simply told that there would be an increase, but no one could confirm how much.

When we asked to speak to a manager, we were placed on hold and no one returned to the call.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As long-term customers, we expect clear communication and a reasonable level of customer service, especially when it comes to changes in pricing.

We would appreciate a clear explanation of the upcoming price increase and the options available to us, including cancellation if necessary.

Three is running a biggest scam,network doesn’t even work in big cities and when you wants to leave them they will try their best to charge you for an extra month after the contract ends,saying you have to give them a notice but as soon you say trading centre everything changes… then to return the Device they will tell you Qr return label will be sent via email which never comes until you call them 10 times and soon after end of contract you waiting for return label you will start getting emails don’t need to send the device you have been fined £150.i mean they are bunch of scammer so clingy that you will start to hate them.i hope someone from officials will sort this company out asap.

The coverage is poor but not as bad as their customer service as I cancelled the package within 2 days and they are still trying to bill me for a service that I never received. My advice is to stay clear of this incompetent company.
