I wish I could give zero stars. After being with this service for over two years, I am now transitioning to a more competitive provider. I've contacted them three times, and it feels like they are intentionally prolonging the process of leaving. Although I notified them about my move on two separate occasions, my device wasn't unlocked until I called back for a third time. Now I'm being told it will take up to three days, leaving me with two bills to manage. I doubt they will collect their money; I am canceling their direct debit request. Let's see how quickly they act now!
