I would give zero stars if I could. After more than two years with this service, I am switching to a more competitive provider. I've reached out three times, and it seems they are intentionally delaying the process of leaving. Despite informing them twice about my move, they only unlocked my device after I called back a third time. Now I’m told it will take up to three days, leaving me with two bills to manage. I doubt they will collect their money; I am canceling their direct debit request. Let's see how quickly they act now!

The representatives at the call center are not genuinely compassionate; I prefer the chat support. Today, I spoke with a very rude individual who threatened me with a 10/11 day payment plan after I had previously requested to sort out my bill without being given a chance. It wouldn't hurt to train these call center staff to be polite. All they seem to care about is pushing monthly payment deals. They should be as courteous as they are when trying to enroll someone into their offers. Very rude.
A representative at the store provided exceptional service while I was purchasing a new device today. I’ve visited the store multiple times, and the representative's patience and mannerisms are truly commendable. They made the process smooth and enjoyable. My visit to the store was fantastic. The staff member was knowledgeable, helpful, and practical in explaining options and advice. Their patient demeanor was greatly appreciated, especially since I'm not very tech-savvy. Once I selected the device that suited my needs, they took the time to help me set it up, which would have been quite challenging for me otherwise. I cannot praise them enough; they are a valuable asset to the team.
They quickly sell products to new customers without considering whether the offer is truly needed. Returning a product and canceling a direct debit is a nightmare, and during this time, charges continue. The online chat agents are ineffective; they make promises that are completely unfulfilled in reality.
I have been with this service on and off for about 9/10 years since the merger. They've been decent overall, with some good offerings, but the pricing is high and can feel pressuring at times. I often felt pushed into accepting offers, and the monthly rates are not competitive compared to other providers. The mobile broadband service is one of the few positives, as it offers rolling contracts.
I strongly advise against using this service! They advertise 'unlimited data,' yet after just 20GB, the internet slows down to a point where basic tasks become impossible. I've reported this issue multiple times, but the customer service has been unhelpful and the experience incredibly frustrating. Don't be misled by the 'unlimited' data claim; it's very disappointing.
I received a faulty broadband modem and SIM card. The agents were unhelpful and directed me to a store that couldn't assist me either because they claimed to be uninvolved with online sales. Even after the store staff called customer service, the treatment remained subpar. Terrible customer service overall. It's best to either visit a store directly or choose a different provider.
I ordered a new device online and was promised an email within a few hours to proceed with my order. After numerous online chats and a week of waiting, I canceled the order, thinking I may have made an error. I attempted to order again, but after another four days of waiting and more attempts to resolve the issue through online chats and calls, I still received no email. I'm already a customer, with both my daughters' devices under this service!
