I left three after several years of being a customer, perhaps 10 or more. Their practices are misleading, things like scheduled top-ups will net you extra free credit when you sign up. They do not. Customer support is awful, I understand that not everyone speaks English but trying to communicate with support is a terrible experience, they never help, they never solve anything and they almost don’t even answer your question. I switched just yesterday after a painfull experience with customer support, an agent called Naaz. I changed from €25 a month with Three to a rival company that offered me the exact same package as Three did at a cost of €15 per month.
