They kindly informed me about a few missing items and issued a refund immediately.Delivery was fast, and the items arrived exactly in the condition described and shown on the site. There was a slight 'old' odor, but the clothes had clearly been well-cared for previously. No complaints here! I loved the experience and hope to order more in the future.
