I've ordered several items from here across quite a few orders. I've only had 1 issue where the clothes were not the size that they were listed on the website, otherwise everything has arrived exactly as advertised. Any imperfections were listed on the product page and highlighted by little stickers on the clothes when they arrived.
The clothes very often do arrive with a strange and unpleasant smell on them, honestly, however the smells out after a light wash so not a big issue.
Orders have always arrived swiftly.

The clothes smelt of rotting sick there was one with pen and stains over the other had holes in it there is no way this was laundered you would of notice it I have emailed and said I want a full refund including my postage paid for the return - they supply a pre paid label and I want the postage back I paid them to deliver the parcel a charity shop would not accept clothes in this condition they should never of been sold/shipped to me. I am still waiting for a response from 9 o’clock this morning disgraceful should not be allowed to trade
I ordered from Thrifted.com for the first time recently. It took about a week for the team to locate all the pieces, which is understandable given their enormous inventory. They kindly informed me about a few missing items and issued a refund immediately.Delivery was fast, and the items arrived exactly in the condition described and shown on the site. There was a slight 'old' odor, but the clothes had clearly been well-cared for previously. No complaints here! I loved the experience and hope to order more in the future.
