The service was truly awful from a dreadful rental company. There were hidden costs and repair charges based solely on what they wanted to charge, with threats of legal action if I didn’t comply. I strongly advise looking elsewhere and avoiding this company. Their response to my feedback was typical; they posted misleading statements while trying to appear accommodating. They have never provided the necessary information as required by consumer rights, which is unacceptable.
