I had a very disappointing experience with this rental service. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff did not treat customers with respect. One particular manager was rude and unprofessional, raising her voice instead of addressing issues calmly. We were unexpectedly asked for a large deposit upon arrival, which should have been clearly communicated during the booking process. When we tried to discuss, the staff remained rude, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a rental service, and I strongly recommend others not to choose this company.
