Leaving us stranded at the last minute.When you book and get a confirmation of a vehicle from a company, and a receipt no less, you expect that's what you will receive.But with Thrifty, beware.My wife and I booked a Ute for a house move - and really needed the Ute as the only way of ferrying anything from the loading dock to the lifts. Suffice to say being left high and dry 24 hours out from the move is terrible. I will never use them again - I'd encourage anyone reading this to take the same approach.
