The company refused to release my prepaid vehicle, asserting that my International driver’s license and U.S. credit card were not acceptable, demanding a Hungarian credit card instead. This requirement is not mentioned in the reservation contract or terms. A manager later indicated that my documents would be accepted if I canceled and rebooked a 'U.S. reservation' at nearly three times the cost. This inconsistency suggests the refusal was not about eligibility but rather an attempt to upsell, showcasing deceitful and unfair commercial practices. I received no service from them and managed to rent elsewhere using the same documents without any problems. This constitutes a breach of contract. I reached out two weeks ago to formally request a full refund. Their website states they will respond within 3 to 5 business days, but I have yet to hear back. I had to involve my bank to initiate a chargeback. I strongly recommend avoiding this service entirely!
