We rented a vehicle from this rental service for 4 days at a total cost of €58. Upon returning the vehicle, we were informed that everything was in order. However, the next day, €105 was charged to our credit card. Since we frequently visit the area, we inquired at the counter three weeks later about the charge, as we couldn't reach anyone by phone or email. We discovered that we returned the vehicle 54 minutes later than the scheduled time. This delay ended up costing us more than the entire rental fee. It seems that returning the vehicle slightly late could have been covered by an additional package that was never mentioned to us. Exercise caution. What seems like a cheap rental can lead to unexpected financial burdens.
