The car was satisfactory, but the customer service was unacceptable. We were charged £2,500 for a 5-day car hire in the USA. The staff at the location processed our bank card four times and failed to acknowledge the deposit we had made through a travel platform. We were left to prove their mistake, which required a lot of time and numerous phone calls, causing significant stress due to the extra charges. Although they refunded the overpayments, they did not acknowledge the additional expenses we incurred to rectify their errors or our deposit. Exercise caution with this service; while their rates may seem low, the customer service is severely lacking. We will not be using them again.
