I received a faulty vehicle in Alicante (a model known for electronic issues), and it seems I’m not alone in this experience. Not only was I left in a difficult situation, but they also denied any responsibility and made me pay for roadside assistance, as well as for an upgraded car that was also defective. Instead of offering compensation, they were unhelpful. I strongly advise against using this service.
