I experienced delays at the airport picking up my vehicle. I paid for extra insurance to cover damage, yet they charged me an additional 100 EUR at drop-off for cleaning because the seat was slightly damp. This is the worst rental service I have encountered, and I expected better from a supposedly reputable company. I cannot recommend them.
