Despite being a regular customer, I was treated rudely and pressured to purchase their expensive insurance policy. I had already pre-purchased coverage through the booking company and stood firm, but I ended up with a significantly smaller vehicle than I paid for. I had reserved a larger model but received a dirty smaller car instead. Due to this poor treatment, I will not be using this service again.
