In Orlando Crowne plaza downtown hotel... I have been renting from Dollar and thrifty since 2015 monthly. I reserved for 7 days. On the seventh day I have return the vehicle three hours earlier. I'd been banned on the do not rent list while visiting Georgia trying to urgently get home to my mother. Found out on my contract States I did return early as a -$27 credit BUT??!! I have a $10 late charge and also $48 late fee. Now I'm in collections. I'd called for the entire summer about this and no one is willing to resolve this and it is right there before their eyes. I am not paying $203 when I suppose to be honored for my discount from the beginning $131. On their website States price match up and I'd screenshot it. Downtown location refuse to honor this also. I'm in collections for nothing but bsIf never had issues at the airport location
