This rental service has to be one of the most frustrating companies I have encountered. I registered for the express service, but encountered a long line of 20 people at the airport with only one representative available. The express service seems ineffective unless a staff member actually assigns a vehicle, which did not occur. The representative at the counter displayed very poor customer service skills. Additionally, I did not receive the vehicle I had reserved, nor a comparable alternative. Customer support appears to be outsourced, and I am still waiting for a callback from a representative.
