I’ve had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the service. I was charged £94 for a new subscription and blood test that I did not expect or want. The only notification I received was an email sent at around 4 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Since the service can only be contacted on working days, I was unable to cancel or question the charge over the weekend, while the money had already been deducted. If I had been informed even a few days — or a week — in advance, I would have canceled immediately. Receiving a last-minute email at such an inconvenient time seems intentionally designed to prevent customers from responding in time. Additionally, the refund policy requires paying £15 for the kit, even though I never requested it in the first place. Overall, the process feels misleading and unfair. I do not feel valued as a customer, and I would not recommend this service due to the way subscriptions and charges are managed.
