I feel compelled to share my experience with this company due to their questionable business methods. I purchased a hair growth product to test for a month. Almost immediately, their sales team contacted me, promising a 'dedicated coach' for guidance, and upsold me a comprehensive kit. I believed them and made the payment. Unfortunately, the reality was disappointing: they shipped me two shampoos and no conditioners, despite my order for a complete kit. The promised coach never called me; I had to reach out to them. Even then, a random representative provided incorrect usage instructions, leading to confusion for two days. When I requested a replacement for the missing conditioner, they insisted I film an 'unboxing video'—I’m a customer, not an influencer, and this request was absurd. Their policy was equally frustrating: I was told a replacement could only be sent if I made another purchase. In short, they sold me a dream, took my money, delivered the wrong items, and refused to correct their mistake unless I spent more. I can't comment on the product yet, but their customer service has been the worst I've encountered. Beware of their 'personalized coach' upsell; once they have your money, you're on your own.
