Very bad experience. Poor product and worst customer service.
Once anyone buys this product, there is no proper refund or replacement policy.
Their consultant called me and confirmed false promises, saying the product will be useful and suggested me to increase my order. Initially, I ordered 2 serums, but the consultant said there will be no result with 2 and forced me to buy 4–6 bottles. Based on their advice, I placed an order for 6 serums.
After that, instead of cancelling my old order of 2 serums, they delivered both orders (2 + 6). When I contacted them, they said it was a system glitch and asked me to return the product at my own cost to some address.
This is completely unprofessional.
No clear refund policy, misleading sales tactics, and very poor support.
Worst experience ever. I will never recommend this company or product to anyone.

Bhai kaam to thik hi krta hai, I mean people are just putting reviews just shows ki kitna kam patience hai, I mean I waited for whole 2 months to see the damm results. I also used to think the same ki receding Hairline ka koi solution nhi hai. But it has actually helped me a lot in that.
You really need to be a lil patient with the products, which has no minoxidil or any other fast acting ingredient, that can cause some side effects.

When I finally got through, a random representative provided me with incorrect usage instructions, leading me to use the product improperly for 2 days until I contacted them again for the correct information. Ridiculous Unboxing Requirement: When I asked for a replacement for the missing conditioner, they insisted on an 'unboxing video.' As a customer, I shouldn't have to film myself opening shampoo boxes. Using this as a reason to deny a claim for a paid order is unreasonable. Unfair Policy: The 'dedicated person' disappeared for a week. When I reached out to support, they clearly stated: 'It is company policy that we cannot send a replacement unless the user orders something new.' Final Thoughts: They sold me a promise of 'better hair,' took my money for a 6-month supply, sent the wrong items, and are now refusing to rectify their mistake unless I spend more. While I can't comment on the product's effectiveness yet (only 3 weeks in), their customer service has been the worst I've ever encountered. Beware of the 'Personalized Coach' upsell. Once they have your money, you're left to fend for yourself.
